In this world where Omegas are banned from competitive sports, Kay Walden disguises himself as a Beta and plays football for two years to earn medical fees for his seriously ill sister. Determined to become team captain this year, he loses a solo match against Alpha candidate Adrian and accidentally exposes his Omega identity due to faulty pheromone inhibitors. Overdosing on 200% inhibitors causes hallucinations, making Kay mistakenly believe Adrian has a crush on his sister. Panicked and protective, he fights Adrian in the locker room and is subdued, fully revealing his identity. Surprisingly, Adrian covers for him and keeps him for special training. Later, hostile team captain Victor attempts to assault Kay, but Adrian saves him in time and sponsors his sister’s critical treatment. Finally, Adrian confesses that he only loves Kay. The two decide to defeat Victor together on the field.
