"Arrested" is a shocking documentary series, which in its ultimate form reveals the prison life of a young Estonian state in all its cruelty. Intolerable mental and physical violence, inhuman conditions, anarchy, killings, wrapping in debt and the constant ticking of the neck to not see the morning - all come to the fore in frank recollections told by former criminals.
